      Directions

      Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Conventional Oven: Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, parchment-lined baking pan. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Convection Oven: Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 375 degrees F. Place frozen fillets on a single layer on a shallow, parchment-lined baking pan. Bake for 17 to 18 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155 degrees F before enjoying! Use care to not overcook.

      Keep frozen.
