Cut Broccoli, French Cut Green Beans, Carrot Strips, Sliced Mushrooms, Onion Strips, Diced Red Peppers.

Directions

Keep frozen until ready to use. Stir Fry: Lightly oil wok or skillet with vegetable oil or non-stick spray and heat over Medium-High heat. Add Oriental Stir Fry Vegetables. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are desired tenderness. Season to taste with your favorite stir fry sauce. If desired, add cooked shrimp, crab, chicken, turkey, or beef. Simmer: For each 8 ounces (approximately 1/2 bag) of Oriental Stir Fry Vegetables, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add vegetables and bring to second boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 6 to 8 minutes, until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Season to taste. Steam: Pour 8 ounces (approximately 1/2 bag) Oriental Stir Fry Vegetables in vegetable steamer and place over boiling water. Cover and steam 6 minutes, until just tender. Season to taste. Microwave Ovens: Pour Oriental Stir Fry Vegetables in 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe dish. Add water and cover. Microwave on High as directed on chart. Season to taste. 2 Large Servings (8 oz): 2 tablespoons water; 3 minutes cooking time. Stir and continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes. 5 Servings (16 oz): 2 tablespoons water; 5 minutes cooking time. Stir and continue to cook 5 to 7 minutes. Microwave cooking times may vary from one oven to another. For best results, consult owners manual.
