Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat our poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

      Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Oven: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan (If cooking 2 filets space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes). 4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. 5. Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 6.
